Anuj Mittal is the owner of The Goddard School in Bothell. Altogether himself, his significant other Chelsey Milton, and his family also own The Goddard School of Kent and The Goddard School of Federal Way. After working many years in the Early Childhood Field, we are excited to be opening another school in Bothell to continue our passion of working with children. Goddard’s philosophy encompasses everything I believe every child should have access to in their learning endeavors. A safe, hands on, child led, fun learning experience where children can be excited to come every day and learn to their highest potential with the support of professional educated teachers. I am excited to provide children a safe place to be themselves, explore, and ultimately learn and grow to become school ready, career ready, and life ready.

Hi, I’m Jo. I’m the Regional Director for five of our Goddard Schools in the Seattle/King County area and an active board member with the Washington Association for the Education of Young Children (WAEYC). I’ve worked in early childhood education for over 10 years and am especially passionate about advocacy and ensuring policies actually support educators, children, and families. In my role with Goddard, I support school directors and leadership teams in building strong programs, staying aligned with licensing and accreditation standards, and creating meaningful experiences for children and families, and developing the systems to support the schools. Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time with my family & my dog, Lucy, and I love reading and cars!

Hi! My name is Nadia Kaschkadayev, and I am the Director of Education at The Goddard School-Bothell. I have over six years of experience in Early Childhood Education and hold a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Early Childhood Education, as well as a Child Development Associate Degree from Seattle University. Fueled by a strong passion for education, I bring a wide range of experience in both classroom teaching and curriculum development. My background includes working extensively with young children and in leadership roles, always with a focus on creating meaningful, engaging learning experiences tailored to each child's developmental needs. As Director, I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn. I’m excited to work collaboratively with staff and families to ensure that each child's early education experience is both enriching and individualized.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Family Development from the University of Washington. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, exploring new restaurants, and cooking.
